Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. These are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as local postal delays. Most orders arrive well within the estimated timeframe.

Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery within 20 days from the shipping date. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, you're entitled to a free re-shipment or a full refund—whichever you prefer.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Some shipping methods include tracking, and if so, tracking details will be included.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Duties and import fees
Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT and/or import fees. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control and we can’t cover them.
