Terms and conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply when a consumer places an order through www.stickerhill.com (the “Website”). The agreement is made between you (the “Customer”) and StickerHill, a company registered in Sweden. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. StickerHill reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order in case of suspected misuse, incorrect information, or payment issues.

2. Orders and Agreement

An order becomes binding once you receive an order confirmation by email. Until that point, you may request a cancellation. We will accommodate such requests if possible, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including correct delivery details. We may make corrections at our discretion but are not liable for issues arising from incorrect data provided by the customer.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors before fulfilling your order.

3. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed. All payments are handled securely via our payment service providers.

4. Shipping

We guarantee delivery within 20 days from order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates.

If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, we will issue a refund for non-customized products, minus a return handling fee of 20 EUR/USD/GBP or 200 SEK/NOK/DKK depending on your currency.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 90 days of the delivery date. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help guide you through the process.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. You can choose to receive your refund to your original payment method or as store credit—whichever you prefer.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition. If items are damaged or used, we may not be able to issue a full refund.

6. Complaints

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include a description and photo if applicable. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

Complaints apply only to defects present at delivery and do not cover damage from improper use.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or major technical issues. If such a situation continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the order.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first, we’re here to help.

If the issue cannot be resolved, EU customers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
