Delivery
We know you're excited to receive your order, that's why we work hard to print, pack and ship your order within 2 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method, but most orders reach the destination country within 2–3 days. From there, your local postal service takes over for final delivery.
Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to VAT and/or import fees. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control and we can’t cover them.

Worried about messing up the application? We offer a 90-day guarantee on all stickers. If you accidentally mess up during application, just let us know, and we'll send you a replacement for free.

EU & EASA member states 🇪🇺
Operator ID format: 3 letter country code + 13 alphanumeric characters.
Example: SWEabcdefghijklm
Note! Do not include the 4 character suffix (e.g. ”-abc”).
Canada 🇨🇦
Drone ID format: ”C-” + 10 digits.
Example: C-1827459426
United Kingdom 🇬🇧
Operator ID format: "GBR-OP-" + 13 alphanumeric characters.
Example: GBR-OP-4ME33NKH49NN
Note! Label with your operator ID, not your flyer ID.
United States 🇺🇸
Drone ID format: ”FA” + 8 digits
Example: FA12345678

About QR Codes
If your sticker includes a QR code, the contact details you provide will be encoded into it. If you enter just a single line of information — like a phone number or email address — that text will be encoded exactly as is. If you include multiple lines of contact details, we compile them into a digital business card format called a vCard (virtual contact card).
It’s important to note that the scanning experience depends entirely on the device used. Different phones and apps may interpret and display the QR code content in different ways, based on how the device is designed to handle QR codes.
